Ok draw...
So what is shaping up to be 5 days worth of celebrating for the old goats' birthdays (it's mum's 50th hence all the fuss) kicked off with dinner on Saturday night. When we got there we spotted a jar of crayons on the table but didn't think much of it until the waitress came to take our order and explained we were welcome to draw all over the paper tablecloth, and did we ever...
Little mum keeping busy...
Turns out Gemma and I have the same (miserable, sullen) drawing face...
Er, and also the same drinking face...
More photos of our beautiful artwork to follow...blogger is playing silly buggers and won't upload.

That is UNCANNY! You do have the same facial expressions. Stop it.
You too do look strikingly similar! I always love when you can draw on the tablecloths :)
It looks like dinner with the Zombie Family.
Booze and crayons....sounds like a recipe for disaster. I noticed that both you and your sister have equal amounts of concentration on your faces whether you're crayoning or slurping wine.
What a brilliant idea - it's like a (very slightly) more grown-up version of those colouring-in place mats that kids have. Can you take your artwork home at the end of the night to stick on the fridge door? Happy b'day to your lovely ma and pa x
They do that at the restaurant chain Montanas... What was your restaurant called?
Drawing on tablecloths sounds like such fun! The pics are great. I love the similarities :) BeeeUtiful pictures Kees!
Yeah, coloring is still fun and still cool. Can't wait to see the artwork.
Cool, I like drawing!
Yeah, uncanny faces eh... Miserable devils *snigger*
Cute and funny post!
I know it's weird Barbara! And we didn't even know it.
Allison I've never drawn on a tablecloth in my life but it was SO much fun.
Thank you vet :P
I know Ben! Tragic isn't it.
Well Anna we did contemplate dragging it home but mum was less than impressed with the idea :(
It was a little Italian bistro called Rossini's Barbara, it seemed an odd place to be doing that sort of thing but it was great.
Thanks Mellowlee, more pics to come...
Drawings on their way Will, prepare to be amazed.
I know we look miserable but we're positively gleeful on the inside Dogga, honest :)
Ta very much Jacquie :)
