Glad to see someone else didn't care for, "The Devil Wore Prada." Went with friends and they all were gaga over it. Yuk!
Uh, The Devil Wares Prada was horrid! And sadly I saw The LakeHouse, and might have shed a tear too ;)
I haven't seen either, but I do love a succinct review. Well done.
Around our house, we keep referring to the Lake House as Speed 3.

I've not seen them either - now know to give the first one a miss, though, thank you for the warning. I did see Transamerica the other day (which I know is old news but I'm a dvd fan) and thought it was fab. x
Im not really into rom-com and girly movies but I actually enjoyed The Devil Wears Prada. I only went to see it because it had Prada in the title (I have thing for all things Prada related LOL) and I got into it. It's way to long for what it is and it's not the most intelligent movie, but I liked it. (The clothes!! The shoes!!)
O and I have the book :D and thats fun as well.
I always wait til movies come to the movie channels. Well, unless it's something I am DYING to see, like a Tim Burton flick :) I like what Barb said too about a succinct review! I am always afraid of giving away the story, and spoilers can really suck LOL! What is your favorite Sandra Bullock movie kees? I like The Net...it was crazy, but entertaining! Oh, and While You Were Sleeping was cute!

Allison - horrid also correct. I absolutely loved The Lake House. It's such a stupid film but I couldn't help it. Glad I'm not the only one.
Oh Barb, so funny you should say that cos when they introduced it as a Sandra and Keanu film, for a split second I thought it could actually be Speed 3 and got very excited. They SHOULD do Speed 3. I'd go :D

Yeah I nearly got Transamerica the other night anna - if you say it's good I'll get it.
I know what you mean River the clothes were the best thing about it - Anne Hathaway looked amazing. I just really didn't warm to her character - she annoyed me. And my boss is MUCH worse than Glenn Close!!! Don't know what all the fuss was about.
I am a big Sandra fan, she's great. I have to say my absolute favourite Sandra film is Miss Congeniality - I think it's such a good film!!! I mean it's got William Shatner AND Michael Caine!!! And she's brilliant in it. Closely followed by 2 Weeks Notice, she's great in that too.
Well if you ever come to Vancouver, or I come there, we will have to have a Sandra movie night :) Stay up all night watching Sandra Bullock movies, and eating chocolate til we are sick? XD haha
