Gadget Goodness

Got me a new phone!!! Finally got a new phone to replace the brick I've been carrying round. It's a Motorola Pebl and it's damn cute. It's matt black and very soft and smooth. So cute. Look at the fat little bugger. It's got all the mod-cons, camera, bluetooth, er and some other stuff too.

And while I'm on the subject of gadgets...Stu read about these little monkeys so I sought them out online and I present them to you here. They're like little synthesizers. I want one really quite badly but have no use for one whatsoever. I need to form me an experimental band quick smart.

For a highly technical description of the wee beasts go here. Watch the little critters doing their thing here

Fancy phone! Actually I have pretty much the same one...lol. And I just got it too. I wasn't sure about all those gadgets, but the video has already come in handy. Except I have no idea how to transfer images, etc from the phone to the computer. Most likely need more gadgets.
I'm going to look at your links now!

Cute critters ... and that phone is hot. I remember when I bought my phone last year and thought it was all fancy ... now it's a frickin brick. Technology, technology.

I had no idea what to expect Allison, they rang me and said I was due a new phone and it was free. So I said ok. They said it'll be black. I said ok. But I love it. I have no idea if I can take videos. I'm off to find out...

My old one was a proper brick Will. It didn't even fit in my back pocket, no colour screen, no camera if you can believe it! But the battery did last about a month at a stretch. But you're right, this one will seem old fashioned in 6 months.

Does it take good pics? I want a phone that takes pics. I am DYING here cause this cat that has adopted us keeps doing EXTREMELY cute things and I don't have a camera to capture it! *freaking out*

Your phone is totally cute and almost makes me feel like using one myself, but not quite. Self-professed phone hater here.

What a beautiful little telephone. It would make mine feel all insecure and envious :)

Of course I remember Bertha Dogga! Wow I had totally forgotten all about that! Bertha lovely Bertha etc etc etc. Brilliant.

It DOES take good pics mellowlee. And turns out it does take videos! How cool is that? If there's cat around doing cute things you HAVE to take pics, it's the law.

No mobile Barb? I said I was never going to get one but when I went to uni it was a must. I maintain a healthy distance from it, I don't have it on me 100% of the time.

Well yours is pretty cute too Anna so I shouldn't worry :D

A bit of exciting trivia: today marked the 5000th episode of Neighbours! (And a jolly good one it was too) : )

It WAS good! I love how Robert/Cameron/Robert can just get his hands on whatever he should need in suburban Austalia, dynamite, guns, poison, bombs large enough to blow up planes, bombs for putting in cars with fancy timers, abandoned mine shafts that are on the verge of total collapse except for one little twig of a prop holding the whole thing up etc etc
